AACT Announces General Rate Increase effective February 22, 2010

AAA Cooper Transportation will be taking a general rate increase of 4.9% effective February 22, 2010. Absolute floor minimums will be increased by $3. This increase will apply to both interstate and intrastate traffic subject to the AACT 501 base rates. Customers may receive quotes by registering on our website or download the new rating software at www.aaacooper.com.

AAA Cooper Transportation is now ISO 9001:2008 Certified

AAA Cooper Transportation
was recently upgraded to the new ISO 9001:2008 Quality System Registration. The certification comes as a result of a series of system audits conducted by QMI-SAI Global, an independent registrar based in Toronto, Ontario Canada. Click here to

ISO 9001 is an internationally accepted model of a quality
management system that focuses on conforming to customers' requirements. The
new ISO 9001:2008 standard was developed by the International Organization for
Standardization and officially released in November 15, 2008. The new standard,
which replaces the 2000 version, “will introduce clarification to the existing requirements of ISO 9001:2000 based on eight years of experience implementing the standard worldwide,” according to QMI-SAI Global.
AAA Cooper Transportation was the first Southeastern Regional Carrier to achieve ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2001.
