The fuel surcharge is based on the national average cost of diesel fuel, as announced each week by the DOE. The effective date each week will be the Wednesday following the Monday announcement of the national average on-highway diesel fuel index.
The national average on highway diesel fuel index for Mon 8-Mar-2010 is 2.904 cents per gallon The general application fuel surcharge for the week of Wed 10-Mar-2010 thru Tue 16-Mar-2010 will be 19.00% LTL and 38.00% truckload

Note A: Subject to a minimum surcharge of $2.00 per shipment.
